Move Well, Live Well: Protecting Your Joints for Life

Wine and soft drinks provided by Staying in Summit (SIS), helping seniors continue to live in Summit County
You want to stay active, strong, and independent for as long as possible - so how do you actually do that? Join orthopedic surgeon Dr. Ali Noorzad of The Steadman Clinic for Part 1 of an interactive lecture series on musculoskeletal health, designed for our active 50+ community. We'll tackle the questions you've been wondering about:
How do I keep living a highly active, functional life for as long as possible?
When is pain just a nuisance, and when should I really get it checked out?
I'd rather avoid surgery - what are all of my treatment options?
What exactly is arthritis, and can I prevent it?
The guiding principle behind it all: your goal should be to preserve your own natural joints for as long as possible - and there's a lot you can do to make that happen.
Come with your questions. This is an interactive session, and no concern is too small.
