    Summit County resident 19 years. Board Member of SIS. Full time Realtor 18 years, background in Business and marketing. passionate about creating a "greenhouse" type facility in Summit County. Full time resident in Frisco since 2004.

    Guy earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and a MS degree in Accounting. After a first career as a Petroleum Engineer with Marathon Oil company he branched out to specialize in turnaround management, project management, and process improvement. For 20 years before retiring he served on a contract basis as the Financial Advisor for Cleveland City Council.

    Christina is a retired mortgage banker of 36 years and a founding member of Orange County Rural Development Advisory Board, a NFP affordable housing organization that administers state and federal housing grant programs and offers multiple housing and HUD counseling services. She is a resident of Silverthorne and member of Our Lady of Peace.

    Terry Simone - Board Member

    Terry has over 50 years in the multifamily business in acquisitions and asset manaagement and is a founding member of Four Mile Capital, a privately owned real estate investment firm in Lousiville. He is the 3 time past president of the CAA, sits on the board of the AAMD, Entryway, the Legislative Board of the NAA and cyurretly serves as the NAA RVP for Region 8. He has been a ski instructor for 60 years, the most recent 29 at Copper Mountain.

  • Wendy Timm

    Wendy Timm became involved with SIS in 2020 when she retired from a 43 year career in real estate development and consulting in  St. Louis, Missouri.  She was a principal of a development company and specializes in multi-family housing including apartments and condominiums as well as senior communities.  She lives in Keystone full-time where she serves on the Planning Commission. Wendy has served on numerous boards from Enterprise Bank and Trust to St. Louis Development Corporation and St.Louis Land Clearance Authority.  She was also President of the Missouri Growth Association for 3 years.
