Senior Community Development Opportunities

The SIS focus this year is continuing our search for suitable land with infrastructure that makes ground up development feasible.  There may be some options to redevelop a site or repurpose a structure on an already built site.  As a not-for-profit, we have the opportunity for public private partnering with developers, operators, and medical/care service providers. SIS has strong local connections. Our sponsorship support is ongoing with private and public sector donations. We are also collaborating with our Senior community peers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of all care requirements of our aging population.
